Here is 13.47 Acres, that will soon be in the hype of a new development, with a new road thats extending through from Hwy 27 to Beglis Parkway. This road will be the Carlyss Road extension. The property is somewhat wooded, with some clearing spots throughout. The opportunity on this site will be big with the amount of traffic that will flow in front of it. Life Christian Academy is building a $16 Million dollar school, (currently under construction) directly across the street, and will be facing this property. Currently the property does have access from Beglis parkway. One of the owner(s) is a Louisiana Licensed Real estate agent. All Measurements are more or less.
